When dealing with a health issue or a chronic illness you’ve probably gone on google and found all these awesome sounding treatments, detoxes, methods of healing.
If you’re anything like me you’ll want to start it all at once, and do too much and overwhelm yourself.
The biggest issue is knowing where to start. Do you detox first, or deal with infections first, some information says you don’t need to do either and all you have to do is deal with the emotional or trauma based issue as they are at the core and you will then heal? Who’s right?
All of them.
In different ways, and at different times depending on the person.
One person might need to detox for a while before starting anti-infectious treatments. Another might first need to deal with some trauma that’s coming up to get to deeper layers of healing, another might have a limiting belief.
Healing goes in layers of each of these, but we can’t really predict in which order.
BUT.. we can ask the body!
With Autonomic Response Testing (ART) we ask the body the order of priority for what we need to deal with, and the most beneficial remedies to heal!

ART has been the most beneficial thing to help with my healing and recovery from lyme, plus i’m able to research and learn more and take it back to the ART testing to further refind what i’m doing.
I’m currently working to lessen the amount of things i’m taking so I can just stay with the most important treatments. When you’re taking so much it’s hard to know what is doing what, but with ART I can test if it’s beneficial or not and filter things out.
